“Sho-chan,” Aiba said, grinning, “Did you know that ‘par is’ means ‘dessert for two’ in some languages?”

Sho lowered his newspaper. “What languages?”

Aiba waved it off. “Isn’t it cool? Paris? Par Is?”

Sho threw a look at Jun on the chair opposite of the couch. Jun seemed amused.

Aiba deflated. “You’re no fun.”

But when Aiba left, Jun smiled and looked at Sho. “Paris?”

“My treat,” Sho chuckled and got to his feet.
