Summary: AU: On a rainy day, Nino seeks shelter in a doorway where he meets Ohno Satoshi. Who was he to know that his life wouldn't ever be the same?
Author's Notes: It's still silly, but I still kind of like it. ALSO, I ATTEMPT HUMOR. You're seriously warned.

Chapter 3 – In which the awkward morning after fails to appear, seeing as it’s actually late afternoon

Nino didn’t think it was entirely fair that Ohno could look so sleep mussed and rumpled and still be the most attractive man in the entire universe. By comparison, he knew that he himself suffered from severe cases of morning breath and bed hair, and that there was no cure.

He could only for hope for a quick and painless death.

Nino didn’t think it was fair either, that even after three times, doing and being done, he still wanted more of Ohno.

But instead of saying that, which would make everything a lot more awkward than the comfortable silence and afterglow they had now, he opted for saying, “Fish, really?”

Ohno nodded solemnly and launched a detailed explanation of the difference between two kinds of fish that Nino hadn’t ever heard about. And when he got tired about hearing about lures and boats and poles, he did his best to remind Ohno what Nino knew he could do with his pole and Ohno shut up after that.

At some point, though, Ohno got up and got severely overdressed for Nino’s taste (“It’s just boxers,” he said, but Nino pouted anyway,) but when Ohno returned with food, Nino kind of forgave him, because really, Ohno had made him hungry.

Ohno watched with amusement as Nino forked down the entire plate almost without breathing pauses.

“You eat faster than I do,” Ohno said with apparent wonder.

Nino raised an eyebrow. “You just make me hungry, got a problem?”

“Only with your mouth,” Ohno replied and took the plate from Nino before Nino could throw it at him.

When Ohno returned, and Nino without any restrictions or hesitation pushed Ohno’s boxers off again, Ohno didn’t even react other than letting himself fall on Nino.

“You’re fat,” Nino complained and pinched him, but really, Nino thought while his mouth watered, Ohno’s lean body was anything but.

“So very,” Ohno agreed and then looked as if he was thinking. “I should get down to the gallery.”

“No,” Nino said, as if it was obvious. He pointed at his sheet covered crotch. “You’re not going to take care of that?”

“I’m a bad host,” Ohno said and shrugged, but he snatched the sheets away anyway.

“Your mother would be so disappointed,” Nino scolded and all blood rushed south.

Nino finally left Ohno’s place in late afternoon, grabbing his stuff and getting kissed senseless before he stepped out of the door, and when he got home (it was slow because he flat out refused to limp, even if it was only a little, because Ohno had taken impossibly good care of him,) he groaned when he saw his phone light up angrily.

Probably just his sister, who had heard from his mother, that he was on his way to return an umbrella to a pretty man. Damn gossipers.

He dropped his stuff on the living room floor and walked slowly to the bathroom, taking a good look at himself. If it hadn’t been for the fact that Ohno had looked thoroughly fucked when Nino had left, Nino would have been disappointed that he himself did. But Ohno had looked entirely debauched and Nino could only grin when he spotted a deep, angry red mark Ohno had left on his neck. Okay, marks.

It would be hell to cover tomorrow before he went to work, but damn if it hadn’t been worth it.

He took a quick shower, because the one he had grabbed at Ohno’s place had been anything but cleaning, and he felt kind of smug about that since Ohno hadn’t been expecting it.

And Nino kind of wondered why he felt no qualms about spending the night, well, day, rather, in bed with a man he didn’t even know the given name of. Well okay, Ohno didn’t know Nino’s either, so that balanced it out. Anyway, Ohno was fine as hell and who was Nino to complain if he got wined and dined (and bedded) but in reverse order?

Hell no.

He stepped into his bedroom, fell on his bed and fell asleep, dreaming of yelling phones and dark, warm eyes and boats with dancing forks as sailors.

In the early, unrelenting morning light when his alarm rang, he cursed himself and his phone that still looked angrily at him, and he stepped through the living room, stopping when his gaze fell on the stuff he had grabbed yesterday before he left Ohno’s apartment.

He laughed out loud when he saw the handle of the damn blue umbrella poking out from his bag.
