rikke_leonhartOoookay so I suck at updating and being updated. And this post is going to be all over the place like whoa. Also, typos because I'm a lazy fuck that should be cramming.
- So there's stuff going on at work these days - good stuff, really, but everything's a bit up in the air right now. As much as I bitch about my work sometimes, I really do love it, so I have high hopes for the future. I love my coworkers and I love the work, mostly, it's always the customers when it sucks being there. I've gotten a new boss (again again again again again etc.) and he seems pretty cool. Jury's still out, I've only had one shift with him so far. My coworkers remain flawless, the work itself remains either extremely stressful or extremely relaxing. In any case, it's still awesome even when the customers aren't. I've been shift super a few times, which I really don't want to be, but there just isn't a choice sometimes.
- I watched Iron Man on Friday and I watched it again last night, and it only served to make me even more obsessed with Tony Stark. Holy shit, I need Tony Stark in my life, possibly just with fewer psychos after his life. I've been hunting a case for my phone with Iron Man on it - I found one, will be ordering it when I get paid YES, but other than that, I'm so picky and I still haven't found the right one. In other Marvel news, Winter Soldier sounds badass even if it's one of my least favorite story lines from the comics, but still, it's Captain America and it's Chris Evans. It can't go that wrong. Then there's Thor 2 later this year :D Even though Marvel continually massacres the Norse Mythology, but I can't stay butthurt forever. Okay, I sort of can, but I'm not going to. I'll just sit on my bum and point out what is wrong and then end with a shrug and "It's Marvel." BUT IRON MAN YAAAAAAY Robert Downey Jr. is stupidly beautiful and I can drown in his stunning eyes forever.
- And this deserves celebration: I'M GOING TO SEE PERFUME LIVE IN CONCERT IN PARIS WITH GATI OMG OMG OMG /hyperventilates. I am stupidly excited for it, I can't wait to see them, to see how gorgeous they are in real life and how amazing their legs are. Seriously. Also, with Gati, it's going to be so freaking amazing. When they sing Dream Fighter, just look for the puddle of feels, the bawling mess, that would be me.
- I'm screencapping and doing Rich Man, Poor Woman in short versions, and I've finished the series, so now I'm tackling the huge amount of caps I took during the SP. /dusts tablet off. My humor is so bad, you guys, I'm not ashamed to admit.
- Also: The Great Gatsby. I cannot words for how excited I am for it, I love love love the book to bits and pieces and the film is looking to be amazing. What has been released of the soundtrack so far sounds wonderful as well, watch me have Lana Del Rey's "Young and Beautiful" on constant repeat since it was released, and god, it's so haunting and beautiful. I can't wait for the rest of the soundtrack though Beyoncé's rendition of "Back To Black" sounds absolutely horrid. I just really, really hope that the movie won't get tumblr into a frenzy, I'm not sure how I'll handle all the tumblr fanatic hipster special snowflakes go to town with it. God, tumblr.
- Which leads to, well. tumblr. I have many, many feelings about tumblr. I think tumblr is an excellent place to go for pictures and gifs. I don't think it can be used for anything else. That's just my opinion and I get unreasonably angry just talking about it, so I'll just stop here xD But I've installed two apps in my browser that makes everything in life much better, namely Tumblr Saviour and Youtube Herp Derp. Tumblr saviour enables me to blacklist tags I'd really rather be without (I'm looking at you, Benedict Cumberbatch fans) and Herp Derp transforms all Youtube comments to "herp derp herp derp". Both of which serves my blood pressure well.
- My Popcorn DVD hasn't arrived yet, the sadness. I won't have the time to watch it for some timer, either, so it's probably fine. I'll make a watch-and-flail date with Gati in any case, so it'll be awesome. If the world feels like it's going to explode from awesome, just relax, it's because our combined flawlessness is causing the world to tilt on its axis :D In other fandom news... I've got nothing. I'll watch Nino-san when I feel like it, I'm mostly interested in fangirling Ohno to unhealthy extents these days.
- Which, shockingly, manifests in my writing, these days I have extreme amounts of plotbunnies rummaging around in my head, which also means I get writing done, but on many different things, so it's all coming along extremely slowly. Ah well. I also think it would do me good to write a bit in another fandom for a little bit, that'll be a sweet reunion when I get back to Arashi again? Or something. It doe3s make sense in my head, I promise. I still want to write Ohno in as many different incarnations as possible. It all ends up with me having about eight documents open at all given times, so. There's a lot to keep track of.
I also do have a truly embarrassing amount of abandoned fics, would you be interested in getting snippets of fics that will never be finished? /ponders

The otakus didn't help either. Imagine a tall, plump and sweaty otaku jumping in front of you throughout the whole concert. D:
I'm still damn amazed at their ability to dance so damn well with all those heels they wore.
