Hello everyone!

To all of you with paid LJ accounts, please make sure to check the status of your accounts - mine was switched to Automatic Payment even though I've never wanted it to be that way, so obviously something fishy is going on. Please be careful!

I read about that! I went to try to check but I couldn't figure out...... how to check. It was super annoying. But my account appears to still be basic, so I guess that means it wasn't?

Well, you just check under your account settings, from there you can manage whether or not it's put to automatic. I was just very put off when I discovered that it had switched to automatic payment for when my account runs out in May.

I can understand why. That's terrible treatment of customers. :(

And then to be considered liars, well. That's even worse.

I just can't believe how LJ is being run these days. The staff is acting like a bunch of hormonal teenagers.

The new guy in charge certainly is. I feel bad for the English support though. :( I mean, I'm sure there are lovely people who are on staff that're having just as much trouble figuring out what's going on as we are.
