djbjahgdjhsj BFF has started addressing my tattoo as he, his and him and idek, she's just so weird.
In other news I had the Sunday shift yesterday (Sunday shift on a Sunday? WHAT IS HIS MADNESS?) and oh my gawd, customers are just insane. (There's carnival coming up here mid February - all the kids were tearing the toys department apart, I kid you not). We had tons of fun, though, we were two girls at work yesterday, what in the name of everything holy is that fuckery, at least, that's what the guys were thinking, because, holy crap. Anyway, it was all in good fun! We got a shitload of snow yesterday as well, which ensured a rather slow kind of day since everyone appeared to be reluctant to leave the safety of their homes. I make it sound like an epic snowstorm - it wasn't, but still the most snow we've got since last winter and it actually was a fair bit.
We also had -23 degress celsius on the nights and about -10 during the days and skdfhksjdjf SO COLD. Winter has truly begun, peeps, now here's to hoping it'll only last through February and then get lost when March arrives. I am not a winter person, you guys, I'd rather stay under some blankets all winter. I mean, snow is pretty and all, as long as I can stay inside and look outside at it, the moment I have to go out in it, I just wilt and keel over. My head can't handle it, basically.
Now, I've been watching an absurd amount of Project Runway, I think I need an intervention.
I've also been trying to fix the formation of all my posted fics (all my creys, all my frustration) but I've sort of just given up now. I'll porbably move them to AO3 and be done with it. When I can be bothered. All the fics are terribly disorganized now and I don't blame you guys if you divorce me because of the mess, it's fully understandable. My eyes get all twitchy when I look at them now, so I might take them down until I can sort it out.
Only Denmark, seriously, they've already made a documentary about the Danes on Costa Concordia jfc, what is this even, you'd think the Danes were the only ones on board. I mean, this country is so small and so dull that we basically have to make up our own news. That's just so bad.
Word of advice - trying to write super angsty fic while blasting Arashi's Believe is just not helping things along, oh my god, I might need to re-invent my super-emo-angsty playlists from when I was a teenager, holy crap, I was such an angsty kid in periods. Coldplay and Linkin Park, here we go. Any other suggestions? I'm all ears, literally.
My new schedule for classes is pretty awesome, I only have class Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, so I have, essentially, a four day weekend. You won't hear any complaints from me, nope, nu uh, none at all. No regrets for signing up for those tedious classes, no regrets, not even half a one. Who knows, I might even find Classic Philosophy interesting by summer (all the yawns, I highly doubt that, huh), but Greek-Roman Archeology sounds verrrrry interesting and I really can't wait for that.
I'm thinking of setting up a Pitch A Fic (see what I did there? I'm so clever. No, really) post where I'll update it with ideas for fics (any fandom) and then... well, if you guys have any ideas for fics (or kinks or squicks) just head over there and comment and I'll... think about it. I'm done promising fics for people, I think, because I tend to fail spectacularly on that account, sadly. So, pitch a fic instead?
I'm also not amused at Glee fandom is reading into everything going on in the show, I'm so convinced that more than 95% of the show has no deep meaning whatsoever. On the other hand, I'm super pleased with the current slow Arashi - fandom has been blessedly quiet. Aaaaah, silence~~~
Now it's time for that stupid documentary about Costa Concordia, and I will just sit here and mock it for all it's worth. Not the horrible event itself, goodness no, but seriously, the Danish media? /facepalm.
I know I ask this every single time, but HOW ARE YOU FLIST? *snuggles*
