I'm only posting this because I know it'll amuse Gati to no end - I'M OLD AND SICK.

True, it seems like I only post when I have a) fic, b) scandals or c) whining. And this falls in the latter category, unfortunately.

However, first and foremost, THANK YOU SO MUCH for all the birthday wishes and greetings and presents and ohmygawd you guys, I feel so loved ♥

Secondly, yes, I'm sick, down with a nasty cold and it feels like I'm moving underwater. GO ME. As Gati (and my dad, strangely) said, at least I was well on my birthday, so hurray! (I actually called in sick for work, and I'm mortified.)

In other news, I can't wait for my Adele dvd to arrive this week, and I will do my best to conquer my cold.

ETA: It seems like whenever my voice disappears, everyone hears me so much better. Huh. I croak a bit and they all seem to understand what I'm saying. That's...odd.
