I love working with the mechanical ones. They are so precise to work it, it's a real pleasure, but I can definitely see why they don't appeal to everyone. The trick is how much pressure you use :)

Well. My pencil IS dark, but I press so hard my wrist hurts xD

Actually I used mechanical pencils only few times in technical drawings so probably that's why I can't "feel" them in normal drawings ^^;

Rofl, just be careful not to broke your wrists xDDD (jk)
